Job Description

The project administrator would coordinate meetings, coordinate sub-contractor deliverables/reports, timesheets/invoices and logistics during the project duration. The job would also be responsible for genera administrative activities such as recruitment, on-boarding and any other activities assigned.

Education and Experience required for Project Administrator
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in Development sector is an advantage
A degree in Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution
Relevant professional certifications/part qualified member of relevant professional associations in Ghana or abroad is an advantage.(e.g. PMP)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms
