Responsibilities
Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Overseeing the functionality of the website, evaluate and mange website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain, update website content, make the online ecommerce system easy to use, speedy and secure.
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance of website and social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Manage the day to day handling of all social media channels.

Qualifications
A bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Computer Engineering, or similar.
Excellent understanding of ITIL service management processes.
Advanced proficiency in determining the cause of application errors and repairing them.
A minimum of 5 years work experience in application support field gained in FMCG/Distribution business.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Content Management Systems, CMS, HTML, XHTML, CSS design, Acess, MySQL, and W3C Web standards.
