Axis Human Capital Ltd. seeks to hire an HR Project Manager with exposure to projects that cut across the HR function. The ideal candidate will facilitate the coordination of various recruitment and consulting projects, internal and external operations and play a key role in ensuring that client needs are consistently and promptly met.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the effort to design and implement human capital interventions for third-party clients.
Assist managers with relevant research and collation of information for training sessions
Review logistics needed for workshops and procure them for training activities
Play an active role in training teams - internally and for external clients
Assist in the posting of job advertisements, sorting and selection of CVs for various positions, setting up interview appointments and disseminating information to those involved in the process when needed.
Take part in interviews and provide Service Updates and Reports to clients regularly during and through the process.

Qualification and Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science field, and a strong interest in Human Resource Management. Professional qualification is an advantage (CIPD, IHRMP, SHRM suite of certifications)
At least 5 years of exposure to a similar work context
Basic knowledge of Ghanaian employment laws and practices
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency in the use of basic MS Office applications and in Internet research
A willingness to learn and take up new responsibilities
A proactive and initiative-taking attitude and approach to business
Knowledge and experience in the various HR Functions
Experience in designing and implementing solutions for projects.
