Job Description

Job Purpose:
To cater for clients underwriting and claims issues for efficient and effective brokerage service.
To provide direction and leadership in the department.

Qualifications
University Degree in Business Administration (Insurance option) or its equivalent with a Diploma in Insurance.
Chartered certificate in Insurance (Chartered Institute of Insurance - CII)
Advanced Diploma in Insurance

Years of Experience
Five(5) to Seven(7) experience in Insurance Broking

Technical Skills
Knowledge in Insurance Law
Time Management
Analytical Skills

Managerial Skills
Planning and coordinating team member activities
Decision Making
Delegation Skills

Personality Competencies
Confident negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
