STRATEGY & OPERATIONS – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause to turn insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.



In our Strategy and Operations team, you will own and deliver parts of client engagements with minimal direction while delivering quality outputs and helping review the work of less experienced members of the team.

What you will do

Contributing to the planning and delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocation.
Managing small engagements depending on experience and business area.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with middle to senior level staff internally and externally.

You are a strong candidate if you have:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, and business strategy
A masters’ degree in economics, project management, finance, or business strategy
Eight years’ experience in consulting in proposal writing and business development, project development and management.
Knowledge in project management and coordination, research and analysis, proposal and report writing.
Experience in program design and implementation as well as change management.


You will help our team and clients succeed if you have:
A good understanding of the public sector landscape.
An experience working with and building relationships in the public sector for business development and project delivery.
Ability to work in a team and provide coaching to colleagues.
An attitude of continuous improvement and commitment to excellence and quality
